We believe that all children, regardless of their economic circumstances, deserve access to quality educational opportunities.

We believe that parents should have an opportunity to choose the best school for their children. We believe that with choice comes a sense of ownership and involvement.

The Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund, Inc. is committed to offering educational choices to low-income families through privately funded scholarships.

Since 1999, NOSF has awarded 12,800 scholarship worth $10.2 million. An investment in NOSF is an investment in the future of this community. Families can renew their children's scholarships each year as long as they maintain good attendance for their children, are current on their tuition and meet the income eligibility guidelines.

Ms. Ann Riddle

BIO

Ann Riddle is the Executive Director of the Northwest Ohio Scholarship Fund, a need-based scholarship program for K-8 students in northwest Ohio. Riddle has also worked with School Choice Ohio as an Outreach Coordinator mobilizing parents and grandparents about the many school choice options available for their children in Ohio. She is committed to the concept of every student in Northwest Ohio having the best educational opportunities possible for them.
