Mission Statement

The Anchor Scholarship Foundation provides scholarships to eligible family members (children and spouses) of active duty, retired or honorably discharged Surface Navy personnel across the country.

Dependent children must be pursuing a 4 year degree (BA or BS) at a 4 year college or university in the United States.


Dependent spouses may be pursuing an Associates, BA or BS at a 2 or 4 year college or university in the United States. Anchor Scholarships cannot be used to fund Graduate degrees.
