BIO

The Executive Director is responsible, directly or indirectly, for all operations at Mustard Seed Tutorial Center. The Director oversees and supports the staff in their various functions, manages the finances of the organization, and interfaces with the Board of Directors.

Eric Goddard is the second Executive Director of Mustard Seed Tutorial Center since it was founded in 1994. During his tenure at Mustard Seed, the agency's strategic vision has focused, tutor participation has nearly quadrupled, and annual revenue has increased three-fold. He is active in the nonprofit community, chairing the Nonprofit Executive Network of San Bernardino and serving on the Board of Directors of the California Association of Nonprofits. He has held the position of Executive Director since 2001.
