What we aim to solve
It is estimated that half of all Americans will experience physical or psychological trauma in their lifetime, and 20% of both physical and psychosocial therapy patients drop out prematurely. Animal-assisted therapy has been shown to increase patient motivation to continue therapy and persevere during difficult or painful sessions and improve outcomes

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Increase the number of volunteer therapy dog teams to 60 by 2025
Double the number of people we serve by 2025
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
In terms of doubling the people we serve - our one and only barrier to that is the number of volunteer therapy dog teams we have. We need to increase our volunteer corps by:

Create a sense of belonging with our current volunteers
Media placements about the work we do - on tv, radio, social media, etc.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We have a strong staff and several board members who are marketing professionals to help us develop a marketing plan.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
