Mission Statement

OUR MISSION Our primary mission here in Chicago, in the United States is to provide assistance and food to the homeless, to give aid to our needy elderly, to give assistance to troubled pregnant teens, as well as give guidance and assistance to teen drop-outs. Worldwide, Sinclair Charity International Offices in Africa and other countries to which Sinclair plans to expand, especially those areas where there are lots of orphaned and abandoned children such as China will help build families for children in need, help them shape their own futures, and share in the development of their communities by means of developing and renovating schools, and giving assistance to attend schools. Sinclair Charity International will be grown to become an organization whose family-based model of childcare and educational principles will be recognized throughout the World. The Foundation will help in providing permanent family homes for children who might otherwise have been forgotten - innocent victims of family breakdowns, disease, or natural disasters. We will accomplish this by partnering with legitimate shelters and orphanages in China, Africa, and The United States to assist them within our limit with their programs along these lines. Each child will receive the loving care and secure environment of a family. We will assist in keeping natural siblings together. We will make sure that each child's family receives their basic needs for food,clothing, shelter, health, and education, and that they are met in a safe and caring environment. Sinclair will support orphanages in giving children guidance and support that all children need and deserve to become healthy, happy and productive adults. In addition to assisting in raising and supporting children in all orphaned Villages in Africa and other countries where we hope to expand, Sinclair Charity International, will also works to strengthen the communities in which it operates. Sinclair Charity International will support Hundreds of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, vocational training centers, medical and dental clinics and family counseling and social centers that benefits children and their families. Our family approach through Sinclair Charity International will be based on several principles: Each child needs parents, and grows up most naturally with brothers and sisters, in the home, within a supportive village environment. We will help them shape their own futures. We enable children to live according to their own culture, and to be active members of the community. We will help children to recognize and express their individual abilities, interests and talents. We will ensure that children receive the education and skills training they need to be successful and contributing members of society. We will share in the development of their communities. We will share in community life and respond to the social development needs of society's most vulnerable, children and young people. We will establish facilities and programs or work with foundations that does have facilities that aim to strengthen families and prevent the abandonment of children.

Dr. Kelly is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of Sinclair Charity International and has 14 years of commercial and investment banking experience, marketing and management experience. As senior corporate officer at Yoko Shenzhen Management Corporation, Dr. Kelly developed corporate social responsibility strategies and executed cause-related marketing and investment grade transaction procedures. Prior to Yoko Shenzhen Management Corporation, Dr. Kelly was a key management strategist for Suffield Industrial Limited?s Corporate Social Responsibility team, focusing on issues related to purchase and sale of bank investment grade instruments and sustainable products, economic transparency and business practices. Dr. Kelly has driven marketing strategies at other organizations.
