Charting Impact

Self-reported by organization

Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

  1. What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
We are aiming to grow and help more communities as of right now we have two offices, one in Buffalo NY and the other in Birmingham AL. We would like to inspire people when we are seen on media as how we impacted a certain community. We are helping people that are creating their own non profit because of our mission. As of right now we are helping an organization Zye Community Development Corporation to become a 501c3 non profit organization. This organization is aiming to help the homeless as the founder himself was homeless and was formed because of all information of homeless programs are not easy to find.
  2. What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategy is to help our people with in many communities and help other people to create other organizations, this way our services would spread by word of mouth to the people that needs it.
  3. What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Because we have the 501c3 we are able to take donations and produce an organization that can have good Information Systems that will help with costs in the organization and with our programs providing smooth service people will recommend us and that will help our presence be known and help our organization to receive donations and provide to more people.
  4. How will they know if they are making progress?
We will know when we have many more offices and when there is a higher amount of people being served. When other non profit organizations are being formed to produce services to the public because of us we know we are making an impact and that its is an indication that we are providing good services.
  5. What have and haven't they accomplished so far?
We have accomplished serving many people in many states but we would like to have more building that provides more services to other states that we have not yet served.
