In cooperation with the State of Michigan, twice a year ESD offers Fundimentals in Engineering & Professional Engineering classes that prepare engineers to take the State exams. Co-sponsor, with DTE Energy, an yearly energy conference. Facilitates and/or jointly sponsors interation between 72+ local technical society chapters. Offers monthly events that promote bothe knowledge and networking opportunities for members and nonmembers. Promotes a technical speakers bureau for schools and local communities.
