BIO

Kim Carne was raised in Delta County and returned back to the area to raise her family and give back to education. Kim has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Master's Degree in Business (MBA). She is responsible for the Bay College Foundation as well as College Advancement including marketing, events on campus, the arts and Besse Performing Arts Center. She is a member of the President's Advisory Council.
