CEDAR LAKE HEALTH CARE CENTER - provides skilled nursing care to those 18 years of age and older. (229 beds) CEDAR CROSSINGS - Located within the Cedar Lake Health Care Center cedar Crossings provides sup-acute care to those 18 years of age and older. FRIENDSHIP HOUSE - Assisted living and programming for those in the early to mid stages of memory loss. (14 private rooms available) CEDAR COVE - Skilled nursing care and specialized programming for those in the mid to late stages of memory loss. CEDAR BAY East and West- Assisted living and programming for those 62 years of age and older. Multiple support services.The two programs offer studio, one and two bedroom apartments. West has 105 apartmetns and East has 54 apartments. CEDAR RIDGE RETIREMENT APARTMENTS - Apartment living for those 62 years of age and older. One, two bedroom apartments and suites. Offers a variety of opportunities for the independent retiree. (309 apartments) CEDAR LAKE VILLAGE HOMES - Independent ranch style homes for retirees who desire a high degree of freedom with peace of mind. Volunteer opportunities and easy access to a full range of services offered through Cedar Campuses. (85 homes arranged in 4 Villages) CEDAR HAVEN REHABILITATION SERVICES - Cedar Haven provides physical, occupational, speech and massage therapy. Also offered are professional services such as lymphedema therapy, urinary incontinence therapy, ergonomic work station evaluations, and others. Residents and members of the general community are welcome. CEDAR VALLEY EDUCATION AND RETREAT FACILITY -"The Valley" extends an invitation to individuals or groups for retreats, meetings, family gatherings and business seminars. Cedar Valley features overnight accommodations, meeting rooms, trails, delicious home cooked meals, a restored log cabin and more. YE OLDE SCHOOL - Classes of yesteryear are held daily during the school year in this one room school built in 1917. History comes alive for the field trip classes that comprise the student population which totals well over 4500 students per school year.

Mr. Steven Jaberg

BIO

Mr. Jaberg has been with Cedar Campuses for 14 years and is only the second CEO for Cedar Campuses. Mr. Jaberg is a progressive, vision driven individual who holds high values and places the needs of the resident over all else. In addition to his CEO duties, he serves in a wide variety of leadership positions to further the rights and care of the elderly. A few of these involvements include president-elect for the Wisconsin Association of Homes and Services for the Aging, President of Wellspring, Innovative Solution for Integrated Health Care, Director serving on the Lakeland College Board of Directors. He is skilled in communication and promotes the use of technology throughout our work. He is frequently asked to present at local,state and national conventions and educational events.
