Mission Statement

EFB was founded by community leaders committed to providing quality education to learners of all ages. Currently, the Foundation funds three grant programs that advance its committment: the Youth Advocacy Grant program dedicated to asset building activites for youth; the Education Innovation Grant Program created to encourage innovative instructional practices and the Student Success Stipend, created to meet the individual needs of a changing student population.

Program 1

The EFB conducts fundraising and marketing to supply grant programs to Bloomington learners. Grant programs fund currently unfunded programs, projects, supplies, and equipment that supplement/complement education. Each year EFB recognizes outstanding educational business-school partnerships, staff, volunteers, and programs in our community. EFB also works with area nonprofits to efficiently and effectively serve the public.
