Provides up to $2,000 per year to low income, non-traditional students who are parents returning to school for an Associates or Bachelors degree, or license. The scholarship provides money to cover expenses not traditionally covered by financial aide or other programs, such as child care and transportation and must be a resident of Pottawattamie County, Iowa.
