Mission Statement

innerCOMPASS offers exciting, life transforming programs that help participants learn to more effectively and efficiently meet their human needs. Each program focuses on fulfilling the universal needs that we all have, but also those that are unique to our different relationships and stages of life. With this knowledge, participants learn to re-define their ideal life, overcome limiting beliefs or fears that may stand in their way, and develop an action plan to get there. Our programs are outdoor retreats that allow participants to experience the necessity and life enhancing effects of living in balance and connection with nature. During each program, participants are also given the opportunity to take on thrilling external challenges that build courage and self-confidence to successfully complete the internal journey they are undertaking.

Program 1

innerCOMPASS programs include a Rites of Passage program for youth ages 13-18, and is designed to address the challenging transition that we all must go through in our teenage years - from psychologically dependent childhood to young adulthood when we want to independently define our self-image and feel true self-confidence about the person we are becoming. A Self-Quest program is also offered for youth ages 16-19, as well as adults. Participants are guided on a self-examination journey, participants are given an opportunity to look at their life to date, their current level of happiness, and evaluate the success of their life strategies. Participants are then given a chance to re-create their vision of their ideal life, and taught new skills and strategies to successfully create it. InnerCOMPASS also provides a Positive Parenting program, that is a four week class offered to parents and care givers. This empowering program is designed to help participants learn how to create a positive, enriching, and awesome relationship with the children in their lives. InnerCOMPASS is currently developing two more exciting programs as well. First a Family Camp will provide families with an opportunity to take an exciting, week-long camping vacation together in the spectacular Rocky Mountains! Unlike other camping vacations that you may have gone on before, though, all the camp set up, cooking, and clean up will be done for you! It will give your family an easy and fun way to spend quality time together bonding in the great outdoors! Throughout the week, families will be able to take part in hilarious and fun team-building challenges together that build communication and cooperation skills. Families will also have the opportunity to take part in a variety of courage and skill building outdoor activities (e.g. rappelling, rock climbing, and rock jumping into water). In the mornings, parents can also get a huge boost to their confidence and parenting skills in our Positive Parenting Program. Finally, a Realizing Relationships program is being developed. This uplifting program will be a relaxing outdoor retreat weekend for adults in which they can learn to create sustainable, happy, fulfilling intimate relationships. If you are currently in a relationship, our Couples Course will provide you and your partner an opportunity to develop self-awareness, personal responsibility, and effective win-win conflict/resolution skills. You will not only learn how to recognize and solve problems in your relationship, but you will also learn how to celebrate and build upon that which is working in your relationshibut would like to be in an 'amazing' relationship, our Single Source program will provide an opportunity for you to create a vision of your ideal partner and learn how to attract them into their life. More importantly, however, you will be guided on a self-examination and self-development journey to help ensure that you can attract to you the kind of partner and relationship that you truly want. Both of these programs will cover the importance of learning relationship maintenance strategies in order to sustain our most sacred partnerships.
