Mission Statement

As the recognized successor to Youth Empowering Systems and its sister organization National Training Associates, International Training Associates continues a 22 year legacy of training and community building. With our expanded name comes an expanded, international vision: 1) Creating safe, healthy and respectful communities that foster human dignity, 2) Helping reduce world poverty by educating women and children, 3) Forming global partnerships that foster mutual education and understanding, and 4) Supporting development at the local level that can lead to systemic change at the international level.

INTA has developed an innovative approach to the design and delivery of experiential programs, workshops and conferences to address issues that matter. We have a variety of support and prevention programs for youth, schools and communities: The Kindness Campaign, Bullying & Relational Aggression, Reviving the Wonder, Inspiring Leadership, Personal & Professional Wellness, Youth-led Philanthropy, The Peace Project, Empathy Through Literature. For the past 14 years we have coordinated the Idaho State Prevention Conference in Sun Valley attracting participants from law enforcement, juvenile justice, school districts, social workers, prevention specialists and counselors.
