Application for Financial Assistance
We realize that treatments for canine cancer are very costly and can create financial hardshiwe confirm all veterinary/oncology information with the vet/oncologist and complete a financial review. At this point the application is reviewed by CCA’s Board of Directors. Any charges that are incurred before the completion date of the application cannot be considered, including payments made through Care Credit. If an application is approved, we request that the vet send invoices directly to CCA to be paid by our organization. We do not make or reimburse any payments to Care Credit.
All payments go directly to the veterinarian based on newly submitted invoices which are dated after completion and approval of the application.
