Charting impact
Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
Animal Advocates hopes to expand our facility and network of volunteers so we can rescue and rehabilitate even more native wildlife.
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Our strategy to reach our goals is to increase fundraising so we can expand our facility. We also strive to recruit more volunteers so we can save more animals.
What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
We strive to increase our fund raising capabilities so we can expand our facility. We continue to work with our partners to expand our reach to new volunteers. We hope to partner with more local community groups so we can educate more children and adults about wildlife.
What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
We have been increasing our capability to care for more wildlife, give more wildlife presentations and do more humane nuisance wildlife control consultations. We have not been able to raise enough funds to expand our facility or buy a much needed rescue vehicle.
