Foundation for Rural Service's programs and outreach efforts are focused solely on improving the lives of rural Americans across the country. We target our efforts on youth development, grass roots advocacy, industry outreach and telecom education. We sponsor several youth programs for rural youth, including an annual Youth Tour to Washington, DC and an annual College Scholarship Program designed to enhance the educational opportunities for rural youth we also provide valuable advocacy information concerning pertinent telecommunications issues facing citizens throughout rural communities.
