Program 1

The Consortium supports and manages 14 schools, harnessing economies of scale in centralized billing & payroll, tuition collection, administration, curriculum development, professional development, fundraising, tech support and renovation management. Each of the 14 schools and the administration's office staff are beneficiaries of the above. In general, the operation of these duties allows principals and teachers to be true educational leaders and facilitators within their schools. Over 2,875 students will benefit from this administrative model during the 2005-2006 school year.
