Funding Needs

There are now approximately 200,000 living Alumni. More than half graduated from the University in 1991 or later, and the average age is 44. 61% of Alumni live outside of Virginia, including 3% living internationally, with the largest concentration in New York, Maryland, California, North Carolina and Florida. University graduates feel overwhelmingly positive about their experience in Charlottesville, and the continuing challenge is to translate this into actively engaged Alumni.
