How does this organization make a difference?

Overview

Self-reported by organization

Our goal is to raise enough funds to support the directors and students of the TC Williams Bands and allow them to reach their full potential as individual musicians and performing ensembles. This means raising enough to cover basic band expenses and fund the instrument and uniform reserves for the future. Funds raised support the Wind Ensemble, Symphonic Band, Concert Band, Jazz bands, and the Marching Titans with private lesson scholarships, instruments, sheet music, equipment, uniforms, competition fees, transportation, director professional development, clinicians, and college scholarships. For 2013, we are working to send the TC Williams Marching Titans to perform at the All-State Sugar Bowl in New Orleans on January 2, 2014.
