The Foundation assists more than 1,000 students annually with scholarships and financial aid so that they are able to have access to a college education. Ms. Carolyn Rhode

BIO

Carolyn Rhode started with the ACC Foundation in May 2004 and is impressed with the level of community support ACC enjoys and the quality of its faculty, staff and students. Her previous positions were with a statewide teen pregnancy prevention nonprofit and the education foundation that supports the Durham Public Schools. Since moving to North Carolina nearly 15 years ago, she has primarily lived in Chatham and Alamance counties. She and her husband, a communications consultant, currently live in Elon with their two daughters. A native Minnesotan, Ms. Rhode has a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from Dartmouth College in New Hampshire.
