Mission Statement

Christmas Village is a values based, non-profit organization of volunteer women, members of the Nashville Alumnae Club of the Pi Beta Phi International Fraternity, who since 1961 have been committed to improving the community, by producing an annual event recognized as a premier consumer show in the Southeast.

Carrying on the tradition of giving, Pi Beta Phi will host the 54th annual Christmas Village benefitting the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center, Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg and other Pi Beta Phi philanthropies. Christmas Village has donated over $8.5 million to charities since 1961 and we are proud to say that more than 70% of our proceeds are donated directly to our philanthropies. We invite you to come shop six buildings of exceptional items from over 270 merchants from around the country. Gifts, clothes, purses, jewelry, crafts, holiday decorations, antiques and food - the choices are limitless.

Philanthropy

Since 1961 Christmas Village has donated over $8.5 million to our community, supporting: special hearing and speech programs at the Vanderbilt Bill Wilkerson Center, teens and adults, including soldiers returning from Iraq, recovering from traumatic head injury at the Vanderbilt Medical Center Pi Beta Phi Rehabilitation Institute, the Mama Lere Hearing School at Vanderbilt, where preschoolers with hearing loss learn to listen, read, sing and talk, aspiring artists at the Arrowmont School for Arts and Crafts in Gatlinburg, and scholarship support for college students around the country.
