What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Camp Judaea Programs
Camp Judaea offers programs for campers who are entering grades 2-10. The program focuses around immersing the campers into a Jewish environment and showing the campers that being Jewish is a source of pride and that being Jewish is FUN! Camp Judaea is proud to offer unique program opportunities to Jewish youth with each summer curriculum designed to appropriately fit the developmental stages and needs of our campers.
Each day at Camp Judaea is a new adventure! From wake-up to bedtime, campers are engaged, encouraged, and entertained. Camp Judaea provides the perfect mix of thrilling, high energy activities with insightful learning and growth opportunities. The atmosphere is intimate, family-like where campers and staff alike are known, supported, cared for, and embraced.
The Camp Judaea family stretches far and wide! While most of our community is settled in the southeast United States, campers travel from as far as Israel, the UK, and Central and South Americas to CJ.

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.
What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
1. Lead in Leadership
2. Grow Beyond the Existing Program
3. Build for Sustainability
4. Nurture Lay Leadership and Supporters
What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
1. Lead in Leadership: Set the standard for leadership development. Incorporate leadership training into all aspects of the program and earn recognition as the Jewish camping communitys premiere leadership development program. Produce Jewish leaders of the future.
2. Grow Beyond the Existing Program: Deliver our program to a wider audience by building a pipeline of new campers in key markets and articulating & demonstrating our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI). Ensure all program participants feel they are valued members of the Camp Judaea family.
3. Build for Sustainability: Guided by the master site plan and with a focus on organizational sustainability, improve the facility to better support our program. Develop an endowment; write a 5-year business plan that models the expected ROI for all major projects; and launch the next phase of capital fundraising.
4. Nurture Lay Leadership and Supporters: Foster meaningful connections with supporters and stakeholders; strengthen CJs governance procedures. Train lay leadership; build and maintain a pipeline of future board members; welcome a new generation of lay leaders
