Five powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

  1. What is the organization aiming to accomplish?
The Trust is aiming to revitalize the area through the promotion of the cultural, artistic, historic and natural assets of the communities in Fayette County, PA.
  2. What are the organization's key strategies for making this happen?
Utilizing the traditional Main Street approach to revitalization, Downtown Connellsville was established to help business owners and entrepreneurs by offering business classes, matching facade/sign improvement funds, creating festivals to bring visitors to downtown.
Through the establishment of the Connellsville Canteen we are sharing the history of the community during World War II. There are also lectures to educate the public about various topics related to business and history.

  4. How will they know if they are making progress?
We will know that we are making progress by the number of store fronts that are no longer vacant.

The increase sales price of properties.

  5. What have and haven't they accomplished so far?
