Mission Statement

Meru Foundation's research demonstrates that each letter in the Hebrew alphabet is also a hand gesture, and, at this level, Hebrew forms a natural universal language. This work examines the Hebrew text of Genesis and shows how each letter is both concept and gesture, with the form of the gesture matching the function of the concept, revealing the implicit relationship between the physical world of function and the conscious world of concept. Geometry modeling embryonic growth and self-organization is inherent in the Genesis text, and is also at the core of many healing and meditative practices. The goal of Meru Foundation's research is to make theĀ  science of consciousness in Genesis accessible in the modern world, thus providing a functional bridge between the domains of science and faith.

BIO

Stanley Tenen is the founder and chief researcher. He has a B.S. in Physics (N.Y. Polytechnic Inst., Physics, 1963) and has worked and consulted in electro-optics and to produce medical equipment; he has published various "how-to" articles; he holds various patents. Mr. Tenen's goal is to foster peace in the Middle East and to enable persons with a technical scientific perspective to appreciate spiritual teachings and spiritual persons to appreciate the scientific method and its perspective. Mr. Tenen insists on the standards of science in matters of faith and the standards of faith in matters of science. It is his vision that faith and science be treated equally for the mutual benefit of both fields and persons of all perspectives. Mr. Tenen believes that a true science of consciousness must be all inclusive and communicable to all - and that this is based on mutual respect, responsible presentation, and caring.
