Children's House provides daily care and treatment for abused and neglected pre-school children (18mos to 6 yrs). Founded in 1978, it is a community 'labor of love', 2/3 of the annual budget ($349,000) comes from private sources. EOA operates very successful Head Start and Early Head Start Programs for 349 children and their families. Individual Development Account Program. A matched savings account and money management education program to help low-income families purchase long term assets (Home, Business, post secondary education.
