Program 1

TGI connects service providers with clients and other individuals seeking assistance through a 5-step program. This program includes the following: 1. Web-Based Social Services Access (WBSSA) Users and members have direct access to all databases within TGI, which includes local, state and national services. 2.Terra-Genesis CD-ROM (TGCD) The Solution Directory database is now available on CD-ROM. Users of the CD-ROM also get an automatic update service. TGI developed a code that is would be implemented on the CD-ROM that will grab information from the website to keep it updated. This is called Active Layer Sheets (ALS). The ALS code initiates every time the user loads the CD-ROM and logs on to the Internet. By viewing the CD-ROM, certain buttons become active so the user can update his version. The ability to update the information and review it offline helps keep the user updated and mobile. The CD-ROM contains the core program as well as the current database. When a user wishes to update their software, the user can access the database update download from the web site. Users who do not have access to the website can request updated database diskettes or CD-ROM from Terra-Genesis. To prevent copying of the software, a key response system located on the terra genesis website is issued to each purchaser and is registered to the purchaser. 3. Solution Directory (SD) The Solution is an easy to use database, designed to help people find specific resources, which best meet, their present need. The Solution is the result of more then sixteen years of research on service agencies. The Solution is available in book, diskette, CD-ROM format and Web site. 4. Developmental Kit Software (DK) The Development Kit is a developmental system for rapidly creating an easy-to-use printed social services directory utilizing a multiple keyword indexing technology developed by Terra-Genesis. The resulting directory is capable of indexing a single service under several subject names allowing the user of the directory to locate a desired service under any of the subject names. Companion modules called PLUS complement the capability of the DK. The PLUS allows electronic retrieval of the directory information. This multiple keyword indexing makes it almost impossible to lose information. The DK can be used to keep track of other kinds of information besides social service organizations. It can keep track of businesses, charitable foundations that provide grant money, business, prospects or real estate properties, a collection of contacts, etc. 5. National Toll Free (NTF) The National Toll Free is an easy to use database, designed to help people find specific resources which best meet their present need. The Toll Free is the result of more then Six years of research on 1-800 / 1-888/ 1-877 and 1-866 toll free service agency providers. The Toll Free is available in book, diskette, CD-ROM format and Web site.

Principal Officer

Mr. Ben Amor

BIO

Terra-Genesis, Inc. began with a dream. In 1983, Ben Amor, a Tunisian native who moved to San Antonio and later became a U.S. citizen, awakened from a dream in which he heard the sound of children crying and calling to him in several languages. The children were dying of starvation, and their desperate cries remained with him throughout the next year. In 1984, he founded Terra-Genesis with an initial goal of an organization which would help end world hunger. Later, Terra-Genesis expended its focus to include all aspects of poverty, disease, illiteracy, crime, housing, child abandonment, and child abuse and neglect.
