Mission Statement

The Texas Interscholastic League Foundation (TILF) is a charitable organization whose purpose is to lessen the burden of college expenses for eligible students who have competed at the state level in University Interscholastic League (UIL) academic and music events. It is the Foundation's hope that this financial assistance will allow students across the state of Texas to recognize goals that might not otherwise be attainable.
