Program 1

JO Competition Level 4, 5 and 7

The Junior Olympic (JO) program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. Our JO gymnasts are either invited to join the team or tryout to make the team. We start our gymnasts at our Prep Team level and allow them to move up based on their personal progress. We currently offer up to Level 7. Girls ages 4 and up are welcome to tryout.
JO Team Coaching Staff:
Prep Team: Katherine Downing & Maddie Ford
Training Team: Krista Wetschka & Maggie Nelson
