What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

Long-term Inpatient Programs

The main requirement to be accepted into
Cenikor’s adult long-term treatment facilities is simple, but profound: you must have a strong desire to change. The program is
designed for people who are physically ready, mentally capable and willing to
participate in all aspects of the recovery program, including education and workforce development.

Cenikor’s inpatient therapeutic community model uses peer influence and clinical
counseling to help residents change
attitudes, behaviors and perceptions
associated with substance abuse.
Employment is vital to recovery; our Career
Services program provides a centralized,
comprehensive career and adult education
center for all residents. Career Services
empowers residents to take control of their own career development and job search by providing the necessary knowledge, tools and resources to be competitive in today’s job market.

The long-term program lasts for
approximately 18 to 24 months.

Each of our program models are developed with quality assurance and clinical care as top-priority, with full adherence and compliance to regulations and industry standards. We strive to offer service models for all levels of care in our continuum for substance use disorder treatment. We offer services for both adults and adolescents and also offer programs that provide to support to the families of those suffering with substance use disorders. As addiction and recovery touches the lives of everyone in some way, we work to mitigate the stigma of seeking help and to helping the person as a whole. In all we do, we are focused on providing support to our clients that will help them rebuild their lives long after they leave Cenikor by helping to change the attitudes, behaviors and perceptions associated with substance abuse disorders. Understanding that need for treatment is great, we also utilize an outpatient satellite model which brings recovery services to underserved communities. Throughout our almost 50 years of service, Cenikor has proudly impacted the lives of over 100,000 people. Cenikor is ready and honored to help any individual seeking to overcome substance abuse. As nearly 27 million Americans are grappling with substance abuse disorders, we are committed to helping bring people to treatment. Each day, Cenikor helps people to find the right treatment program to suit their needs, their recovery and their lives. We deliver state of the art treatment programs where adults and adolescents can come to address substance abuse and behavioral health problems in a safe and supportive environment. Our business partners receive dependable workers who are substance-free, on-time, ready to work, cost-effective, motivated and driven to expand their responsibilities and better their lives. Our purpose is to prepare and assist these Cenikor clients with developing both soft and hard skills in order to become responsible citizens free of substance abuse. On any given day, up to 300 clients from Cenikor's long-term inpatient facilities are working for over 100 business partners. We are fortunate to see our success in action as many members of our leadership, corporate and facility staff are former graduates of Cenikor.
  5. What have and haven't they accomplished so far?
No matter the age, wage or circumstances, we are united by compassion and committed to being a place for change for those battling substance abuse and behavioral health issues. With our three-year strategic plan expanding our service area we have expanded our detox, short-term residential and outpatient care to meet the needs of communities that lost services or required additional ones. We also registered growth in our non-traditional outpatient and adolescent treatment services. In every place we're able to open a facility or provide programs, we are helping people, and we are doing so in cooperation with these communities.
