The mission of the Montana Post Secondary Educational Opportunities Council (MPSEOC) is to provide a unified, statewide effort in promoting higher educational opportunities while emphasizing the quality of education available in Montana and beyond. The organization provides opportunities for information sharing and professional development for students, parents, counselors, and institutions.
