Aidmatnx Network
Business Week said in December, 2004, "the programs may be virtual, but the results are real." Aidmatrix's programs include Hunger Relief, Medical / Disaster Relief, General Humanitarian Aid, Donations / Inventory Management, and Virtual Aid Drives including the Virtual Food Drive. Computerworld said of Aidmatrix leveraging of technology to achieve good for humankind that it "is a model for the future rather than an icon of the past." Aidmatrix partners with renowned organizations including America's Second Harvest, Share Our Strength, the United Nations World Food Programme, and the European Federation of Food Banks (FEBA). Over 150 food banks have benefited from Aidmatrix solutions, with more than 750 million pounds of donated food having passed through the system since July of 2001. In addition, leading food manufacturers such as Kraft, Conagra, Tyson, Coca Cola, Tropicana, SunSweet, Welch's, and Barilla, as well as restaurant chain Olive Garden, use Aidmatrix to manage their in-kind donations that feed the hungry. Aidmatrix recently signed MOUs with American Red Cross and International Federation of the Red Cross and is in the second phase of a product donation partnership with FedEx/Kinkos.
