What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Program 1

If you are a woman at least 25 years of age, have been a Colorado resident for at least twelve months, are a United States citizen, attend a Colorado institution of higher education or vocational training in Colorado, and can demonstrate financial need, scholastic achievement, leadership skills, and career goals, we want to help you write your own success story. If you meet the criteria above you are eligible to apply, and your application will be seriously considered. However, the average scholarship recipient is: - 36 years of age, - divorced with two or more dependents, and - has a household income of $11,000 per year.

We are in continual need for funding.  We have so many deserving applicants and a limited amount of funds to award each year.  The earning power of our endowment has been severely impacted by the downturn in the economy.
