Mission Statement

Magic Moments, Inc. is a non-profit organization, established in 1983, that produces an annual musical and theatrical production. Each production integrates persons with physical and developmental disabilities into the total performing cast of amateurs and professionals. The mix is truly magical for everyone involved - cast, staff, and our audience. The goals of the organization are to raise community awareness of the special gifts of persons with physical and developmental disabilities and provide our diverse cast an opportunity to give back to their community through theatrical performance. The culmination of our efforts provides a significant artistic production enjoyed by the entire community.

The direct costs of producing the yearly performance are covered by grants, corporate and patron sponsors, donations, ticket sales and program advertising.

The majority of production cast and crew participants are volunteers comprised of professionals and amateurs of all ages, and are drawn from the greater Denver metropolitan area.

Through these ongoing annual productions and independent fundraising events, Magic Moments has supported area organizations that serve persons with disabilities. Magic Moments has distributed over $200,000 since the organization's inception. Recipients have used these funds for artistic, educational recreational and vocational training for people with physical and developmental disabilities.
