The IHT is the only consistent source of bricks and mortar funding for Idaho's historic buildings and artifacts. And the only source of free architectural, artifact and historic site conservation technical advice for Idaho's historic buildings, sites and artifact preservation efforts.

Program 1

The Trust provides small grants to preserve historic fabric. But our primary program is the provision of organizational, fund raising, architectural, photo conservation, artifact conservation help to communities throughout Idaho. The Trust has provided grants and other assistance in every county in Idaho. Over 2/3 of all Trust funding is granted to towns of less than 5000 population. And over 3/4 to towns of less than 10,000.

BIO

Ms. Pace has worked with the Trust for 13 years. Prior to that she was Director of the Idaho Commission on the Arts and prior to that a Special Assistant to Governor John Evans for five years. In previous years she directed the CETA program in Idaho's largest county. She is the recipient of the Distinguished Preservationist Award from Preservation Idaho.
