Mission Statement

ARC's inspiration was birthed (1969) when founder responded to call how solo could help country. Formal recognition approved 1983. Free community service seminars, countless complimentary education resource mailouts are now coupled with internet services - http://www.webspawner.com/users/ARC Liberty/. Around the clock child care services (Children's Schoolhouse) were provided for low-income parents for two decades. In 1989 founder transferred home to guest samaritan rooms role modeling how grandparents with empty nest could imitate coupled with nonprofit how to for helping homeless, disabled, retarded, seniors, youth, others. ARC believes concept could solve homeless problem nationwide. ARC relies totally on samaritan tax-deductible donations and self-labor efforts without salary; coupled with self-labor efforts of board who too voluntarily serve without salary.

ARC's programs include a help line, mentoring and consultations. Primary focus is education providing resource ARC publications by mail and Internet. Advocacy of solo power in helping to alleviate drastic need of housing for disabled from homeless to addicts to mentally challenged to retarded to seniors to youth. ARC does not seek government or grant funding but prefers to role model micro independence trusting on the Samaritan donations of the community. Educational aids cover plethora subjects: parenting, singles, relationships, business, teaching, employment, children, homeowners, seniors, addiction recovery, and so on. ARC's mailings of resource information are valuable asset to individuals, social service organizations, religious groups, educational and nonprofit associations, homosexuals, seniors and are offered complimentary to public. ARC also donates food - clothing - and economic assistance as able to individuals and peer nonprofit groups who are also providing positive role models to the community.
