January 2010
The Nonprofit Finance Fund (NFF), a nonprofit that advocates for an effective and durable social sector, invites nonprofits to participate in a brief (10-minute) survey about the economy's impact on the sector. The survey was launched January 20 and will be available through the second week in February.
Take the survey
The survey follows up one NFF conducted last year. The 1,150 responses to that survey created a robust picture of the sector. Dozens of funders studied the results in detail, and the survey featured prominently in hundreds of news stories and created national awareness of some of the challenges nonprofit organizations were facing.
Your participation in this year's survey will allow NFF to share with media, foundations, government, and nonprofits an accurate, aggregated snapshot of the current state of the nonprofit sector and how the situation now compares to a year ago. NFF notes, "If you have survey fatigue, we understand and sympathize. Given how many funders used these results to inform their understanding of organizations’ needs, we hope you’ll take a few minutes and zip through this one! Unless you choose to identify yourself, your responses will be anonymous. Thanks in advance for your help!"
