Program 1
Fund, promote and carry on scientific research in the public interest related to individuals who are disabled and to participate in such activities designed to promote the general health of the community research includes areas of psychosocial, clinical care, allied therapy, and assistive technology
Program 2
achieve personal independence and social responsibility for the autistic child that will lead to successful transition to a regular public school kindergarten with minimal support needs The specific research objectives include establish a rephcable preschool model incorporating the elements common to effective intervention programs, create "Best Practice" guidelines for dissemination to families and professionals in the field of autism, develop a transition planning model that will effectively
