Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Community Support and Behavioral Health
Treatment and supports for people living with severe and persistent mental illness, with the goal to to live safely and optimally within the community and to divert from hospitalization or need for higher levels of care. Counseling, and more intensive treatments for people struggling with addictions and/or experiencing mental health problems.
Acute Services
Emergency Services (ES) provides 24/7 crisis intervention, hospital diversion, crisis stabilization and referrals to a higher level of care, including inpatient psychiatric treatment and detoxification, for people experiencing a psychiatric and/or substance abuse emergency.
Family Well-Being and Permanency
Services for families from Early Intervention to transitional services into adulthood. Counseling, psychiatry, addiction prevention/treatment, and trauma services, as well as parenting supports.
Social Health Services
Basic needs assistance, housing and homeless prevention, employment and training and supports for individuals with HIV/AIDS. Services are tailored to individual situations, including homelessness, recovery housing and career development training.
