VMAF IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDING STEWARDSHIP FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A PRIMARY ARTS INSTITUTION IN THE REGION WHICH CONTRIBUTES ACTIVELY TO THE ARTISTIC, EDUCATIONAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC WELL-BEING OF A DIVERSE CHANGING COMMUNITY.
