Mission

Survivor Connections, Inc. was founded by Frank Fitzpatrick and other former victims of sexual abuse to provide support and activism information for survivors of rape, abuse, and child molestation. What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Survivor Connections' newsletter, The Survivor Activist, (now only online because of lack of money) contains articles to help people away from victim mode into activism, by providing specifics of what options are available.

We coordinate locally-run yearly events called To Tell The Truth. (Besides running our own local one in Rhode Island, USA). In 1998, we fostered 15 such events in 11 states. We have promising contacts for future international sites in the UK, Australia, Switzerland, Canada, and Austria. See http://survivorevents.net

SC links survivors of sexual crimes who have been victimized by the same perpetrator.
