Mission

YWCA Greenwich, a treasured community asset . . . making a difference in the lives of families, spanning babies to seniors, since 1919. We serve the community by providing a state-certified and highly regarded preschool and after-school program, summer camp, a recreational and competitive aquatics program, a highly respected gymnastics program, a fitness center well-equipped with state-of-the-art equipment and personal trainers, many group exercise classes for all age groups and other seasonal sports activities. This centrally located, modern facility also includes an on-site café and ample parking.

We fulfill our mission of eliminating racism, empowering women and promoting peace, justice, freedom and dignity for all by being the sole licensed and accredited provider of free domestic abuse services in Greenwich for close to 35 years; conducting onsite seminars, implementing educational programs in schools and collaborating with community organizations in mission-focused programs.
