What are the organization's capabilities for doing this?
Waterbury Youth Services serves as the Youth Service Bureau, mandated by the State of Connecticut for the city of Waterbury. As such, a Youth Service Bureau strives to meet the objectives and goals to define services for children, youth and families in the community. What have they accomplished so far and what's next?
Waterbury Youth Services' Board of Directors approved a 3 year strategic plan which includes a re-branding effort and a new website. This is in process now.
