THE PURPOSES OF THE WEST TEXAS WATERCOLOR SOCIETY ARE TO PROVIDE AN OPPORTUNITY FOR THE INTERCHANGE OF IDEAS AMONG PERSONS INTERESTED IN ALL FORMS OF WATER MEDIA;TO PROMOTE THE HIGHEST AESTHETIC STANDARDS IN THE ART OF WATERCOLOR, AND TO PROVIDE CIVIC, CULTURAL, AND EDUCATIONAL SUPPOERT FOR THE ART OF WATERCOLOR.
