What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Language as a Cultural Bridge

Works to mandate the teaching of conversational Arabic and Arab culture in Jewish public schools throughout Israel, beginning at the elementary school level.

Population(s) Served

A growing national program that aims to increase levels of personal security in Arab-Israeli towns by working to repair the broken relationship between Arab communities and the Israeli police, demanding egalitarian and fair policing, and developing channels of communication and trust between the two - enabling them to more effectively work together to reduce the rising prevalence of crime in Arab communities, which inhibits perceptions of safety and prospects for economic development.

Population(s) Served

Exposes policy makers and opinion shapers within government, the media and the private sector to the needs of the Arab citizens, and advocates for actions that promote equal opportunity and access to public services and employment.

Population(s) Served

Combats poverty in the Arab community and strengthens the status of Arab women by providing training and job placement.
