What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?

Philanthropy

FJC accepts contributions of cash, securities, restricted stock, real estate and other assets. It provides a variety of investments in which the funds can be placed at the donor's recommendation. The funds grow tax free in the donor account. FJC then responds to donor recommendations for grants as small as $180 to charities. In its transmittal FJC notes that grants are made at the recommendation of the donor. FJC has a unique Agency Loan Program which makes guaranteed loans to charities to assist them in their operations. These loans are made at market rates of interest. Income from these loans are credited to our donors' accounts for distribution to other charities. FJC also administers a fiscal sponorship program as well as other philanthropic services

Charting impact

Four powerful questions that require reflection about what really matters - results.

FJC's main goals are to:

--- Increase and maximize the impact of charitable dollars.
--- Create innovative and customized philanthropic solutions.
---Respond effectively to the needs and interests of donors, borrowers and other clients.

Since its inception, FJC has developed one of the most flexible donor advised funds available. We also created the following programs for philanthropic giving and assistance to non-profit organizations:

• FJC Donor Advised Funds
• FJC Fiscal Sponsorship Program
• Collective Giving Funds
• Young Philanthropist Funds
• Designated Fund Accounts
• FJC Gift Certificates
• Online Account Access
• Customized investment options, for accounts that are eligible
• Giving to qualified charities abroad

FJC's Board of Directors each has unique knowledge specific to FJC's charitable mission. FJC has an enormously talented staff in the philanthropic field. Each is able to respond timely to the needs of FJC's clients. FJC also manages sophisticated software able to manage its many donor advised funds, investments, fiscal sponsorships and other programs.

As stated previously, FJC has established over 1,000 charitable funds, managed hundreds of loans to nonprofits and helped create scores of new charitable projects and nonprofits through its fiscal sponsorship program. FJC's accomplishment measurements are open-ended so we can always add meeting a new goal to an existing or future program.
