This program allow us to rent homes to low to moderate income families or individuals for 2 years and assist them with Credit Counseling and Financial Literacy. These homes are REO properties that was received from different programs or purchased. Client will purchase the home within 2 years and we will assist with Down payment/Closing Cost.

We provide Free School Supplies, backpacks, and Clothing, to low to moderate income families the areas where we serve. Southeast Houston, Texas, Louisiana, and Dayton Ohio. Each community raise it's own funding for school supplies.

Rebuilding of South Park & Southeast Houston

We are building one of our community. We are offering in-house financing to rebuild or rehab homes that have been damaged by a natural disaster. Clients may have a home demolished or have their home rehabbed. We are using grants and loans from local lenders to make this program work.

Demetria Reed is a mother, wife and a godly women who care for people of all ages. She has over 10 years of experience in the position that she holds. She also cares about her contractor and staff.

"As the Executive Director for Home Sweet Home Community Redevelopment our goal is rebuild the communties we service with economic development and Affordable Housing.  Veterans groups, low to moderate income families is our target in getting them into homes. Our organization is located in Three (3) States Texas, Louisiana and Ohio. "
