UNDER AGREEMENTS (CONTRACTS AND GRANTS) FROM THE STATE OF ALASKA APBI HAS MANAGED THE ARCS SATELLITE SERVICE AND MAINTAINED A TROUBLE LINE FOR USERS OF THE STATE OF ALASKA OWNED ARCS TO REPORT OUTAGES AND ISSUES WITH SERVICE. THIS INCLUDES SUPPORTING THE ARC COUNCIL, MANAGING THE CONTENT SELECTION AND DISTRIBUTION FOR THE ARCS SERVICE AS WELL AS MONITORING THE SIGNAL AS PROVIDED VIA SATELLITE TO COMMUNITIES RECEIVING THIS SERVICE. ALSO INCLUDES ARCS DTV MANAGEMENT AND RELATED EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH SOA CAPITAL PROJECT.

WE PROVIDE SIGNAL SERVICE RESTORATION AND EQUIPMENT REPAIR, PLANNING, ORDERING AND INSTALLATION OF NEW AND REPAIRED EQUIPMENT AS WELL AS REMOTE TROUBLESHOOTING SERVICE FOR BROADCAST AND EMERGENCY ALERTING EQUIPMENT.
