Airmid Theatre Company Incorporated

aka Airmid Theatre   |   Florida, FL   |  http://www.airmidtheatre.org

Mission

Airmid Theatre produces, recovers, & collects classic plays by women with artists of all genders as the playwrights originally intended. Airmid has presented over 40 plays in full productions, readings, commissions & engagement programs that are entertaining & thought-provoking. Airmid is committed to telling stories that are life affirming & span the spectrum of human emotion. Airmid's fresh perspective on these works reminds us that there is a long, rich theatrical history that has been lost. By establishing the history of playwriting by women & professionally producing their work, we open the door to broader discussion on women's roles today, and in the future.
