Mission Statement

The Chester County Library Trust ensures the ongoing excellence and innovation in library services at Chester County Library in Exton, PA, its branch library, and the District Center.

As a District Center Library, the Exton location has a strong circulating and reference collection to provide a greater depth of library service and support for the 18 member libraries in Chester County.

Funds generated from the Trust help to build collections, expand current services, provide new services, and support equipment and building improvements. While state, county and municipal funding supports basic operations of the libraries, the Trust serves as a long-term endowment for the Libraries' future and supports current projects that could not otherwise be afforded.
