Our programs
What are the organization's current programs, how do they measure success, and who do the programs serve?
Opioid Free Vision 2023
The Opioid Free Vision 2023 program is designed to help eradicate opioid addiction in Shelby County. We strive to reduce the Shelby County Health Department Q1 statistics of 100 people already overdosing due to the addiction. Our goal is to drastically reduce that number through educating our community, help men to discover new ways to recover from addiction. Since nearly half of the sufferers are women, we aim to also teach coping and recovery skills, help them to provide better choices and get extensive caregiver training.
